Where’s your machine?
Tracking is simple once your order is on the move. Here’s what to check first.
01Find your order
Track your order
Start with the shipping email.
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you have an account, open My Account and choose Orders.
01Check your inbox
Search for your Marqata shipping confirmation and open the carrier link inside.
02Give it 24–48 hours
Carriers often need a day or two after the label is created before the first scan appears.
03Still stuck?
Email us from the address used at checkout with your order number. We’ll look it up.
