If you browse the site without ordering, we collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, via cookies.
Payment information
Card details are entered directly into our payment gateway at checkout. Marqata LLC does not see or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and ship orders, respond to support requests, handle returns and warranty claims, and — only if you opt in — send order updates and occasional emails about new products or offers. We do not use your data for anything beyond running the store and supporting your order.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you logged into your account, and understand basic site usage (such as which pages are visited). You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work correctly without them.
Who we share data with
We share order information with the shipping carrier delivering your package and with our payment gateway to process payment. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal requirements, and delete or anonymize account data on request where we are not required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@marqata.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children’s privacy
Marqata LLC is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
