Our position
Marqata does not sell your personal information, and has not sold personal information in the past 12 months, as “sell” is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable state privacy laws.
What we do share
We share the minimum information needed to run your order with service providers — for example, the courier that ships your package, and the payment processor that handles your card at checkout. These are service providers acting on our instructions, not third parties we sell data to.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, or a resident of another state with similar privacy legislation, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of any future sale or sharing of it. How to submit a request
Email support@marqata.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and tell us what you’d like us to do. We will confirm your identity before acting on the request and respond within the time required by law.
