What these terms cover
These terms explain the billing arrangements that apply when you buy Marqata equipment online. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars. The price shown at checkout is the amount you authorize, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping is free on every order across the United States.
Payment authorization
Your payment method is charged when the order is placed. Payment details are handled by the checkout payment provider; Marqata does not store your full card number.
Order confirmation
We email an order confirmation after payment is accepted. The confirmation includes the products, delivery address, amount charged, and order number. Check it promptly and contact us if anything is wrong.
Declined payments
If a payment is declined, the order is not accepted and we do not intentionally capture the failed payment. Try another payment method or contact your card issuer.
Sales tax
Where required, sales tax is calculated at checkout using the delivery address and shown before you submit the order.
Refunds and reversals
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Marqata processes an approved refund within 3–5 business days; your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
