Getting it to your door.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 4–7 business days, for a total of 5–9 business days across the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote addresses can take a few days longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Every order ships free anywhere in the United States, with no minimum purchase and no handling fee added at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Do gas-powered machines ship with fuel in them?
No. Federal shipping regulations prohibit shipping equipment containing fuel. Every gas machine ships dry, with no fuel and no oil in the engine. Add oil before first start — the manual specifies the type and quantity.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. You can also enter your order number at our Track Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn’t shipped. Email support@marqata.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once a package is with the carrier we can’t recall it, but you can refuse delivery or return it under the 60-day policy.
My package arrived damaged. What now?
Photograph the outer box and the machine and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We ship a replacement at no cost and arrange collection of the damaged unit. Don’t discard the packaging until the claim is settled.

What is your return policy?
Sixty days from delivery. Opened and used equipment may be returned.
Can I return a machine I’ve already opened or used?
Yes. Opened and used products are accepted for return within 60 days of delivery. Email support@marqata.com with your order number to start the process.
