Free U.S. shipping on every order. Processing takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard parcels typically take 4–7 business days and freight shipments 7–14 business days. Returns: You have 60 days from delivery to request a return; opened and used products are accepted. Change-of-mind return shipping is customer-paid. Marqata pays return shipping for faulty, transit-damaged or incorrect items. Contact support before sending anything back, and ask for a large-item return-shipping estimate before ordering. Warranty: One-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on delivery, for the original purchaser. Damage from commercial or rental use is excluded. Normal wear items are excluded, and batteries are excluded after 90 days. Other exclusions apply; see the warranty terms.
