Where we ship
Marqata ships within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship internationally or to freight-forwarding addresses.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. No handling or fuel surcharge is added at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm ET are processed the following business day.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, for a total of 5–9 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote rural addresses may take 3–5 additional business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, severe weather and peak seasons can extend them.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Carriers typically post the first movement scan within 24–48 hours of the label being created.
Gas-powered equipment
Federal regulations prohibit shipping equipment containing fuel. All gas machines ship dry, with no fuel or oil. Add the oil specified in your manual before first use.
Delivery of large items
Mowers, riders and snow blowers ship by freight carrier. The carrier will call to arrange a delivery window. Curbside delivery is standard; someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign.
Damaged or lost shipments
Inspect your delivery on arrival. If the packaging or machine is damaged, photograph both and email support@marqata.com within 48 hours and we will replace the item at no cost. If tracking shows no movement for seven business days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace.
Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please check it carefully — we cannot redirect a package once it is with the carrier, and packages returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping cost.
