Every order includes free U.S. shipping and 60 days from delivery to request a return, including opened and used equipment. Change-of-mind return shipping is customer-paid; Marqata pays for faulty, transit-damaged or incorrect returns. The one-year limited warranty excludes damage from commercial or rental use, and batteries are excluded after 90 days. Read the return policy and warranty terms for details.

We sell direct. There’s no dealer floor or showroom markup hiding in the price, and we don’t run fake compare-at prices. If something is on sale, it was genuinely more expensive before.
