Before your order ships
You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it ships. Email support@marqata.com with your order number as soon as possible — we process orders quickly, so the earlier you contact us, the more likely we can stop it before it leaves the warehouse.
After your order ships
Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy to send it back instead.
Refunds for cancelled orders
A successfully cancelled order is refunded in full to the original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days.
