When you’re charged
Your payment method is charged in full at the time you place your order, in US dollars. We do not charge a deposit and then a balance — the price shown at checkout, including any shipping and applicable tax, is the amount charged.
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Card details are entered directly into our payment gateway; Marqata does not see or store your full card number.
Order confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirming your order and the amount charged as soon as payment is processed. Contact us straight away if a charge looks wrong.
Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined, the order will not be placed and no charge will be made. Contact your card issuer or try a different payment method.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout for states where we are required to collect it, based on your shipping address.
