Who we are

Products and pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. We make a reasonable effort to keep product information and pricing accurate, but errors can happen — if we find a pricing or listing error on your order, we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm or cancel it.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation email confirms we received your order, not that we’ve accepted it. We may cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues; if we cancel a paid order, you’ll be refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment gateway. See our Privacy Policy for how payment information is handled.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, return terms in our Return & Refund Policy, and equipment coverage in our One-Year Limited Warranty. Those pages form part of these Terms.
Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content for resale, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Product photos, descriptions and site content belong to Marqata LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Marqata LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products, beyond the remedies set out in our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
